International admissions is at a turning point.
With rising global competition, shifting student flows and rapid advances in technology, the pressure to deliver results has never been greater. Universities face ambitious international enrolment targets in an environment that is more volatile and complex than ever before. But are current admissions functions equipped for growth – or just getting by?
Meeting targets takes more than effort. It takes investment in the systems, teams and capabilities that drive smarter, faster, more joined-up recruitment and admissions.
Join us for a 45-minute session to explore the Admissions Navigator – a new research initiative and self-assessment tool co-created by Flywire, Tribal, Edified and 18 UK universities. This free, sector-led tool will help universities assess their international admissions capabilities and identify what’s needed to succeed in a more complex and competitive future.
The Admissions Navigator focuses on eight core capability areas, including digital intelligence, applicant experience, operational excellence and collaborative agent management. It’s designed to support international recruitment and admissions leaders to have strategic, joined-up conversations about the processes, technology and capabilities needed to drive smarter, faster admissions and achieve ambitious recruitment targets.
Hosted by Sheona Griffiths from Flywire and Thomas Eastwood from Edified, this information session will cover:
- - The thinking behind the tool and the research that shaped it
- - How the self-assessment works and what participants receive
- - How your university can get involved
There will also be time for Q&A.
Come along to find out how to take part in the research, and how you can get a free capability report.
